Rockin’ Roots Events is an independent live music promoter based in Kent, UK, promoting blues, rock, roots and soul shows across Faversham, Medway, Thanet and Bromley. The business has been operating since October 2015 and is run by Mark Matthews. This website is operated by Rockin’ Roots Events.

What Information We Collect and Why

Mailing List

If you sign up to our mailing list, we collect your email address. We use it to send you show announcements, ticket news and updates about Rockin’ Roots Events. We do not send spam and you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send you.

Contact Form

If you contact us through the website, we collect your name and email address so we can respond to your message. We do not retain contact form submissions beyond the time needed to deal with your enquiry.

If you have agreed to receive marketing from Rockin’ Roots Events (for example, when buying tickets through Gigantic), we may upload your email address, name and phone number to Meta (Facebook/Instagram) in an encrypted (hashed) form. Meta uses this only to show you our event adverts, to find people with similar interests, or to avoid showing you adverts for shows you have already booked. Meta deletes data it cannot match after the matching process.

You can withdraw at any time by emailing info@rockinrootsevents.co.uk or using the unsubscribe link in our emails, and we will remove you from future uploads.
