Ally Venable — Texas Blues Built for the Big Stage

Ally Venable is one of the most exciting blues rock guitarists on the planet right now — and she has the credentials to prove it. Born in Kilgore, Texas, she picked up a guitar at twelve, started her own band at thirteen, and hasn’t stopped since. Her third album Texas Honey debuted at number two on the Billboard Blues Albums chart. Her fifth album Real Gone — produced by Grammy Award-winning Tom Hambridge and featuring a duet with Buddy Guy and a track with Joe Bonamassa — hit number one on the Billboard Blues Albums chart and stayed in the top 100 for a year. Guitar World named her one of their Top 15 Young Guns. Classic Rock called her one of Ruf Records’ most head-turning young artists. She has toured with Buddy Guy, Kenny Wayne Shepherd, and appeared as a featured artist on the Experience Hendrix Tour. She is, as Fireworks Magazine put it simply — an artist who kicks ass.

Money & Power — A Statement Album for 2026

Ally Venable’s sixth studio album Money & Power, released on Ruf Records in April 2025, is the boldest thing she has done yet. Recorded in Nashville with producer and drummer Tom Hambridge and featuring A-list guests Shemekia Copeland and Christone ‘Kingfish’ Ingram, it is a record built around the theme of what it truly means to be a force to be reckoned with. Blues Matters Magazine called it “a bold, electrifying statement that cements her status as a blues rock powerhouse.” This is the album she is touring in September 2026 — and if these songs sound this good on record, imagine what they sound like live in a 250-capacity room in Faversham.

An Evening Not to Be Missed

Ally Venable has a Billboard number one album, a Grammy-winning producer, and Buddy Guy on speed dial. She is also twenty-something years old and still getting better. When she plays live music in Faversham in September 2026, she will bring all of that energy, all of that craft, and all of the songs from one of the finest blues rock albums of the year into a room that holds 250 people. There are no bad spots, no distance between artist and audience — just Texas blues rock guitar at its absolute peak, in one of Kent’s finest intimate venues.

Tickets are on sale now via Gigantic Tickets. Don’t leave it.

THE VENUE : AN AUTHENTIC SETTING FOR LIVE MUSIC

Located within the historic site of Shepherd Neame — Britain’s oldest operational brewery, founded in 1698 — The Old Brewery Store carries more than three centuries of history in its walls. With its industrial charm, vaulted ceilings, and a character that no purpose-built venue can replicate, it provides the perfect atmospheric backdrop for a night like this.

With a capacity of 250, the room strikes that rare balance between grand and intimate — big enough to create real atmosphere, small enough that you’re never far from the stage. Whether you’re at the front of the room or grabbing a pint of locally brewed Shepherd Neame at the bar, you’re guaranteed an immersive experience in one of Kent’s most unique live music spaces.
